Do I need to be an experienced walker to join?

Not at all! Our program is designed for all fitness levels. We’ll tailor the workouts to suit your experience.

What equipment do I need?

All you need is a good pair of walking shoes and access to Runyon Canyon or a similar uphill route.

How often should I do the workouts?

We recommend 3-4 times a week for optimal results, but we’ll customize a plan that fits your schedule.

Will I lose weight with this program?

Yes, the combination of uphill walking and the nutrition plan is highly effective for burning calories and losing weight.
